Lolly Smocked Dress

 Our dresses are lined in cotton to create a perfect flare for twirling and dancing like everybody’s watching. The Lolly has fabric covered buttons that fasten at the back and an attached sash tie at the waist (12 months+), which is a good test for the best bow-tier in the family.
