Sewing Classes - Session 2

Join us for hands-on sewing classes designed just for kids! Children will learn the basics of sewing while working on fun, age-appropriate projects. Children will build confidence, patience, and creativity.

This session will build on Little Owly's first 4-week session. 
Recommended for ages 7 and up. 

Classes will be held on Tuesdays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Next session will begin 10/14. Class dates (10/14, 10/21, 10/28 and 11/4). 

• 1 Class/week $140/4 classes (save $20) 
• Individual classes $40/hour
• An additional $10 are reflected in price below to include fabrics children will choose and work with

Children will work on projects with guided instruction. These classes are the perfect way for young makers to discover the joy of sewing. Each project will build on the previous, repeating what they learned and adding a new technique.

This session, children will make a pillow case and a hair scrunchie.

Goals

    •    Learn sewing machine safety & operation.

    •    Develop basic sewing skills: straight seams, pivoting, simple hems.

    •    Gain confidence by completing fun, useful projects.

    •    Encourage creativity through fabric choices and small customizations.
